Orders & Dispatch

Dispatch Times
In-stock items are usually dispatched the same day (before 2:30pm) or next working day.
Items ordered from suppliers may take up to one week.

Combined Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and supplier items, we may dispatch once all items are ready.

Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.

We may refuse an order if:

An item is out of stock
Payment cannot be authorised
There is a pricing or description error

Online Orders (Distance Selling)

Right to Cancel
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Full refund for returned goods under statutory rights
Standard delivery cost only is refundable
If free shipping was offered, our standard delivery cost may be deducted

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges only (no refunds unless faulty or misdescribed)
7-day return window
Items must be unworn, with tags, and in resalable condition

We may refuse returns showing signs of wear, damage, or odour.

Sale Items
Non-returnable unless faulty.

Web Order Returns

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Refund Method
Refunded to original payment method.
Only standard delivery costs are refundable.

Condition
We may reduce refunds if items show signs of unreasonable use, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Valid for 12 months from issue
In-store use only (Bilston boutique)
Non-refundable and no cash alternative
Cannot be used to purchase other vouchers
Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced

Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
