Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
In-Store Purchases (Bilston Boutique)
Exchanges Only
- Exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, with tags, and in resalable condition
Refunds
- Only offered for faulty or misdescribed items, in line with UK consumer law
We may refuse exchanges if items show:
- signs of wear
- damage or alteration
- odour (e.g. perfume, smoke)

- Non-returnable unless faulty
Online Orders – Your Right to Return
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Return Conditions
Items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Be free from odours and unaltered
Items not meeting these conditions may be refused and returned at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items (including pre-loved)
- Underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery
- Custom or made-to-order items
Return Costs
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- A £3.99 restocking fee applies per return (not charged for faulty/incorrect items)

We recommend tracked postage, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
- Processed within 7 working days of receiving your return
- Issued to your original payment method
- Delivery costs and restocking fees may be deducted where applicable
We may refuse a refund if items do not meet return conditions.
Exchanges (Online Orders)
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To change size or item:
- Place a new order
- Return the original item
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 3 days of receipt at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos
If confirmed, we will:
- Resolve the issue promptly
- Reimburse return postage after inspection
Important Notes
- Returns outside the 14-day window may be refused
- We reserve the right to refuse service where policies are repeatedly abused
